Sales Tax (CA only)
California sales tax of (7.50%) is charged to all orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. An additional (1.50%) is charged for orders shipped to addresses in Los Angeles County, California making the total (9.00%). All other orders ship out of the state of California ship tax-free
All orders are shipped fully insured via USPS Priority, unless otherwise specified. USPS Overnight, UPS 2-Day Air and UPS Overnight, FEDEX Overnight, 2-3 Day Air service is available for an additional charge.
Shipping is currently available within the United States. We also accept international orders. Please contact us at email@example.com for an estimate of shipping charges. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs, duties and taxes required by their countries.
All orders are processed subject to pending inventory availability. Shipping timelines are not guaranteed, however you will be contacted via email should your purchase be delayed.
Shipping & Handling Costs
All shipping charges are calculated and determined at checkout via USPS (United States Postal Service). Your address information will be used to calculate the exact shipping costs from our facility in Los Angeles. Expedited methods of shipping (i.e. 3rd Day, 2nd Day, and Overnight) are available to most addresses and will be displayed with the appropriate pricing information, as an option, during the checkout process.
Free Shipping - Our free shipping offer applies only to qualifying orders of $100 and up. Free shipping applies to dionfearon.com online orders shipped via standard "USPS Priority" shipping and totaling $100+ after applicable discounts and before shipping, handling and taxes are added. Dion Fearon Gift Certificates do not count toward the $100 order total. Promotion applies to orders shipped within the continental US only. This offer excludes orders shipped internationally, as well as to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.
Returns & ExchangesIf you are returning your candle for any reason, please ensure that the candle is returned to us in resalable condition (That is unused) and everything that was in the box remains in the box. Please note that all returns must include the original receipt, and must be shipped to us within 5 days of delivery. Return the unused item in its original condition for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please also let us know the reason for the return…was your order damaged in shipping? Is it somehow faulty? Did we send you the wrong candle? Or do you simply not like it? Items returned after 10 days are only eligible for store credit.
If your order arrived damaged or we have made a shipping error, we will gladly refund your return shipping costs and replace your order free of charge.
Dion Fearon Collection is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that it may take one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you requested an exchange, your new order will be sent by USPS Priority Mail at no additional cost. You’ll receive an e-mail when your new order has shipped.
